Rachtades

With an emphasis on outdoor living, our garden has been designed to have multiple spaces where guests can relax, dine, and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings of the house. Rachtades means "high nest" and our garden emphasises this. Sea and valley views look out across Agrafi, Karousades and Velonades all the way across the north coast of Corfu to Saranda, Albania. The vegetation is a mixture of original fruit trees, climbing vines which have been planted to grow up the house and balconies, and vegetable beds which have been recently added in various areas of the garden. We have several seating areas so you can all relax in different sections, or people can come together in the central area where we have Mediterranean lavender and other plants that support the local bees and other wildlife.
