My name is Eleni Christoforatou and I am an herbalist, living and working on the island for more than twenty years.

How can we understand the constituents and properties of an herb from the taste? What is the effect of each taste on our body? We will share experiences tasting different herbs and then, we will discuss a presentation on the subject.
