Garden Description:

This is a contemporary terraced hillside garden with mixed planting. This 15 year old garden is arranged in depending levels with contrasting moods. A wide terrace with an infinity pool has a 180 degree view over the hill and sea to Albania. There are smaller patios that adjoin the house on different levels to provide shades spaces. Formal planting closer to the house gives way to minimally managed nature growth and wildflowers where the garden meets the olive groves. Rows of citrus trees planted south of the house and lower down the hill, rows of lavender with fruit trees evoke agricultural patterns but on an intimate scale. At the furthest distance above and below the house the olive groves are mown twice yearly to encourage wildflowers..

DIRECTIONS & PARKING:

Come through the gate and park at the top of the driveway because it is difficult to turn around at the bottom.
